The following General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase redemption of gift cards purchased from The Dermlounge and Richmond Aesthetic Surgery, LLC.
- Except as required by law, Gift Cards are not eligible to be redeemed for cash and no cash refunds will be provided for purchases made with gift cards
- The Dermlounge and Richmond Aesthetic Surgery reserves the right to refuse treatment at any time and refund a gift card purchase for any reason.
- Gift cards will be then refunded for the original purchase price at the discretion of the Dermlounge.
- A 3% transaction fee will be applied to gift cards purchased via credit card, debit card or third-party finance companies
- Gift cards are void where prohibited or restricted by law
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cardsGift cards are nontransferable and must be used by the original recipient only
- Gift Cards must be redeemed at The Dermlounge located at 11934 West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia by the indicated expiration date.
- Any unused gift card balance will remain available for until the original expiration date. After the expiration date any unused funds will be forfeited
